Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how HaremHub (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit harem-hub.com (the “Site”) or interact with our Telegram bot @haremhub_bot (the “Bot”). The Site is the marketing landing for the Bot. The Bot itself is the product where 18+ AI roleplay conversations take place.

We follow the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable consumer-privacy laws. By using the Site or the Bot you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you have read this policy.

1. Who is the data controller

HaremHub operates the Site and the Bot. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights under GDPR you can reach our team through the in-bot support flow at @haremhub_bot. We will respond within 30 days.

2. What data we collect on this Site

The Site is a static marketing landing. We deliberately collect very little data here:

Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 18+ we store a strictly necessary cookie (hh_age_verified) so we don’t ask you again. No personal data is stored with it.
Cookie-consent choice. When you accept or reject analytics cookies we store your choice in a strictly necessary cookie (hh_cookie_consent).
Analytics (only with your consent). If you click “Accept all” we load Google Analytics 4. GA4 collects pseudonymous events (page views, basic device, country at city-level, referrer). We do not pass any direct identifiers to GA.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. These are deleted automatically after 30 days.

3. What happens inside the Bot

Conversations with AI companions take place inside Telegram, not on this Site. The Bot processes the messages you send so it can reply. Telegram itself receives metadata for any Telegram interaction under its own privacy policy at telegram.org/privacy.

We retain chat history only for as long as needed to deliver the service and to comply with abuse-prevention obligations. You can delete your account and chat history at any time through the in-bot menu.

4. Lawful bases for processing

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For non-essential cookies and analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie preferences” in our footer.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For age gating, abuse prevention, and short-lived security logs. We balance these interests against your rights.
Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For delivering the Bot service once you start a conversation.

5. Third parties we share data with

Google (Google Analytics 4). Pseudonymous traffic data, only after you accept analytics cookies. Data is processed under Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Telegram FZ-LLC. Receives data necessary to deliver Bot messages, under its own privacy policy.
Hosting provider. Stores Site files and short-lived security logs as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.

6. Retention

Age cookie (hh_age_verified). 12 months.
Cookie consent (hh_cookie_consent). 6 months.
Google Analytics 4 user data. 14 months (GA4 default), then automatically deleted.
Server security logs. Up to 30 days.
Bot chat history. Until you delete it from inside the Bot.

7. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Ask us to erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Receive your data in a portable format.
Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. EU users can find their DPA at edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members. UK users can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

8. International transfers

Some of our processors (notably Google) may transfer data outside the EEA. Where this happens we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. The Bot runs on protected infrastructure with access controls and encrypted storage. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

10. Age requirement (18+)

HaremHub is for adults only. We require an age confirmation before the Site content is shown and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the service, please contact us through @haremhub_bot and we will remove the account and any associated data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
